What are your favorite drills for stand up grappling, clinching, hand-fighting etc. Let's hear them!

Mizong footwork, or even footwork in general can tie up opponents legs and lock their lower joints off. We train takedowns without even gripping with hands, simply learning sensitivity of the whole body to "trap" off the opponents mobility. Its a similar drill to a Wing Chun chi sao but its done from a side stance as you seek to invade with leg, knee and arm in order to take their legs out from under them. Better demonstrated than described... my eloquence is stunted today. ...and **** its a really fun exercise to do.

Well, sounds like leg-trapping to me. :)
Any good Mizong-clips on the net?

I suppose you could say that from a simplistic standpoint. Its more involved than simple leg-chasing.

Not any I have seen... ******. I have always looked for some other representatives of the combatative side of Mizong but I see alot of McZongs out there peddling modern wushu. I hate that the martial collective is gravitating to the performance aspects rather than the combatitive. I think there should be a fine balance between training body-control, performance/acrobatics... with what the true style was designed to be... a fighting style. I find too many modern wushu elements being integrated with what was once a unique, effective style of combat. **** the vanity of the masses that prefer vanity of true martial skill. Anyways that a can of worms I shouldnt open...

What's simplistic about leg-trapping? Anyway, back to topic: What are the most common stand-up sensitivity drills in MMA-circles?
