so what do you benifit from doing SLT? what do you learn? how is it improve your skill? why some do it for 2 hours and does it really help to do it for two hours?

But if this was a sincere question...SLT is the foundation of Wing Chun and what it teaches has to be experimented to be fully understood.First,you learn it and after,you learn from it.
