Hey guys whats up, just had a quick question.

I started the PTP program about 2 months ago, and I gotta say I'm really enjoying it and I've had some really great gains. My plan was to continue PTP till the end of the school year (mid May) then I wanted to switch over to an endurance program. I was considering Pavel's KB program but I can't find to much info on it. Is it true that it works for muscle endurance and fat burning? Any info on the KB system would be great especially from anyone who has used them before.

Do a search on Kettlebell* on this forum. There's been plenty of threads where it has been mentioned. Otherwise you could visit the following websites for more info:

These websites should give you most of the information you're looking for. I also recommend you obtaining a copy of the "Russian Kettlebell Challenge" or "From Russia with tough love" videos and/or a book (although I think the videos are more useful in the beginning).
