I recently saw the newest Temple Kung Fu commercial...talk about perpetuating a man's ego and mystical kung fu.

It's the one where the master is walking with his 3 students and they go through attacks as they become Zen. It was not only pitiful it was just plain FUNNY!

I will accept all related and unrelated responses. And for the sake of our Elders...synche the **** knot will ya!? Matter of fact, drop and give me TEN!

MA schools have TV commercials there? Wow, obviously it is a more advanced business than it is here.

Most of the places over here don't even hand out flyers or place ads.

Never seen a Mall demo or similar either, except for sports clubs.

The schools here usually do demos on cultural days. Some of the karate schools do doorknock campaigns, but I don't know how successful they are.

No TV ads though, not even newspaper ads.
