I was cruising through the forum last week and decided to buy Cung Le's cardio paddle vid. It is sooooo awesome I've decided to quit all other martial arts training and just practice "Cardio Paddle".
I'm getting in great shape, and the beautiful models who practice with good ol' Mr. Le keep me motivated, entertained, AND deeply enthralled. Plus, the self defense applications are geared toward REAL LIFE. I'm considering an NHB tournement next spring with Cung as my video "coach".
Shoot, I've even watched the video a few times in one day and gotten a great forearm pump! Thank you Kung Fu magazine for another spin off of Tae Bo. I don't know what we would do without it.
