I've just done a weekend seminar with monk Sifu Shi Yanzi in the Uk. He taught us the first part of Dali Jing gang Gong (Diamond) Chi Kung set and also the first part of Xiao Hong Quan. Does anyone know where I could get videos or books showing the complete forms.

Geography makes it difficult to train with Shi Tanzhi (I'm in Scotland - he's in London) but i would like to continue the training. Particularly the chi-kung form.

Any help would be appreciated.

Guolin is a close martial brother of Yanzi. In fact I met Yanzi and Guolin together at Shaolin in 99. Guolin does have Jingang available in his videos series, but I'm not sure if it is the same one. Go to our online store www.MartialArtsMart.com. (http://www.MartialArtsMart.com.) Click the top most banner when the MAM ad comes up and proceeds from the sale will be credited to support this forum.
