Can anyone tell me the benefits of Fennel Tea?

If I remember correctly, Fennel is used as a cleansing herb, basically to clean the intestines. (Meaning it makes you poop!) I could be wrong though, it's been awhile since I studied herbs.

Kewl thanks for confirming that for me I heard that from a buddy of mine I needed a second opinion. Supposedly its good for a liver detox aswell.
