the first week of jan, i weighed 150.... now i weigh about 165 (at 5'7")
15 lbs in under 3 months.... with no weight training (except weighted pullups)
right now my training is pullups/pushups, ab routine, running, boxing and some other misc stuff.... but no weights!!
could i just be filling out?? at that age? i'll be 22 soon, and i remember my old gym teacher said something about males 19-23 go through a "fill-out" stage where they can gain weight easily...
any ideas?
i'm scared to think when i start training my legs hardcore.... jeez i'll probably gain a tone there too!!
being only 5'7"... i really dont want to go over 170... i think thats a lil much.. and i'm already so close.. argg
