I fully intend to do something at least "slightly" stupid :D

the only thing i can impart to the kungfu peeps is to keep practicing!

I'm almost forty and if I didn't practice i would be in pretty rough shape. Chi Kung is key to good health and good perspective and good naturedness.

Kung fu is key in staying fit, staying strong and continued growth.

I would also recommend an aerobic activity such as walking or jogging to bring in a little more intense aerobic activity, which in turn will enhance your kung fu practice greatly!

also, be a nice person and hug your moms.
