Can anyone here list the individual moves for the dragon pole form. I'm going to be learning it this weekend and it would help me a lot if I had an actual list.

1) Centerline dipping & raising pole
2) Long thrusting pole
3) Long bridge pole
4) High In-out pole
5) Low In-out pole
6) Circling pole
6.5) Short thrusting pole
