I am not Hung gar or really know terminology so much but I think I can figure this one out.
"enter door disciple"
"enter chamber disciple"
yup = enter
moon = door
sut = chamber
di gee = disciple
meaning closed door disciple and not just a commone student?

As far as the sihing sidai thing, who every joins first even if it by 5 minutes determines who is sihing or sidai, rarely do people sign up to a school at the exact same time. If so refere to each other as si hing dai (a general term for fellow kung fu brothers).
Peace.
