How does Shaolin's internal exercises differ from the exercises of taoist internal arts? what are the main differences/similarities of each? Can anyone help me here?

I'd look at Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming's book: Tendon/Muscle Changing and Marrow/Brain Washing Chi Gung. That gives a pretty good overview. They are related, they complement each other. The Buddhist stuff leads the chi out to and generates chi in the muscles to hyper energize them. The taoist stuff leads this Chi inward to clean the bone marrow and energize the brain. Or something like that.

Thanks, I tried to order the book from my work but it was out of stock. I'll keep looking around and maybe I can find a copy. I don't like ordering stuff off the web.
