In the Nov 1998 issue of Kung Fu/Qigong there was an article on the Lou Han 18 Shaolin form. The issue is sold out and I would be happy to pay $10 and send a self-addressed stamped envelope to someone who could photocopy it for me. Please email me at tmills84951@yahoo.com.
