Quitting cigarettes and the stress is definately starting to bite my arse... But Ive also been kinda sore lately, its from working out, but theres and extra sore to it also... Im not sure if its from cigs or what, but its irritating. Just wondering if anyone else has had their muscles sore from quitting cigs... Kind of a sharp pain.

Never have I smoked but about as much have I heard about such a "side-effect".Sorry,not sure if this helps much.

Of course,the classic line is to look for medical assistance if it gets to you.

Best of luck trying to stay away from "cigs",it is definitely worthy.
