I was just typing it all out for my own benefit so i can get it all organized. But then i figured i'd post it just for everyones info/opinions.
Feel free to make comments/questions

Upperbody:
Pushups: 10 types at 40 each; 60 sec rest
Ab: V situps; AbWheel -40 reps/rolls; Recline bench -35 reps; Bar -15 rep; Bridge – 2 min
Pullups: 8 types at 15 each; 60 sec rest
Weighted pull-ups: IronFist routine
Curls: 10 reps at 35
8 reps at 40
6 reps at 45
15 reps at 25
incline bench curls: 10 at 30
8 at 35
6 at 40
15 at 20
Dumbell Flies: 3 sets of 5 w/ 45
Shoulder Raise: 6 reps at 25
5 reps at 30
10 reps at 20
Tricep machine: 10 at 75
8 at 85
6 at 95
15 at 60
Dips: 4 sets of 10 (full body, only hands touching anything: rest of body in air, don’t lift legs)
Handstand pushups: 5 sets of 7: alternate between 2 types
Bar roller: small bar with string and weight at the end. Roll the bar so string will wind. Forearm exercise
Experiment with Bungee pushups!
Boxing routine:

Legs:
Running: Use Time chart
One legged calf raises on stairs: 3 sets of 15 (each leg)
Kicking routine:
Weighted (5-10lbs) leg raise/lower: 5 min
Horse stance: 30 min (study or something while doing)
Jumping with/without weights: 10 min

Boxing:
Jumprope: 15 min, working on double/triple jumps
Double end bag: 10 min
Light bag: 10 min
Add weights (ankle weights put on wrists): 6 min w/ weights
Speed/rhythm bag: 10 min
With weights: 5 min
Heavy Bag: 10 min
With weights: 5 min
Freestyle: All bags: 15 min.

Kicking:
