Here is a good link for womens self defense that I thought I would pass on. AWARE is a volunter run no-profit group focused on awareness, assualt prevention and womens self defense issues though its good stuff for anybody.
There are even a few quizzes to go through and if you are a approved female shooter they are looking for more instructors across the country.
