K'ai men; "Open Door"; Chinese/Taoist Yoga
I really really really want to find out more about this. It seems there's not a lot around, though.
So far I know it's a moving yoga and is frequently trained alongside taichi. Lee style taichi is mentioned in the sites I've visited but I've never even heard of Lee style either.
It surprises me that I can't find any mention of it in this forum.
What gives?
