Finger locks? bring it on.
wrist locks? ankle locks, you say? no problem.

But my elbows hyperextend so easily it's not funny. If we're training arm bars or other locks that push the elbow joint, mine will ache for days afterward.

I plan to keep control of the bar - stay flexed and not allow the joint to take damage.

But does anyone know of any flexibility excercises I can try to condition my elbow joints?

Have you ever jumped rope? It's good exercise for your wrists, at least for a while. I think you need to strengthen both the upper and lower parts of your arm.

maybe its your ligaments? Do ligament training.
Anyone know anything on that?

That was my thought - some stretching or flexibility excercises to help the ligaments.

My arms are strong - I have no difficulty with other hand/joint techniques, just easily hyperextended elbows.

TIA:)

hey, i've been reading into clubbells recently, and they say that it is a good way to help that problem. Coach Sonnon patented them. I ordered a pair the other day. Here's a link to check 'em out:
