i'm not big on weights. i just do 3-4 exercises with weights.
just curious if this # system would work

1 set at a certain weight at 10 reps
2 set at a 50% more weight at 6 reps
3 set at 60% LESS of the weight of the 2nd set at 15 reps

so for curls, it'd be like 10 reps @ 25
then 6 reps at 40
then 15 reps at 15.....

think this is worth it?

i'm just not sure what routine to use when it comes to weights.
theres the "use same weight for 4 sets of 10"
the "increase weight each set while decreasing the reps"
the "decrease teh weight, while increase reps each set"

not sure what else is there, but i thought i'd try this new one i thought of and see if it does anything

Well, it would probably give you some increases in mass and endurance, with lesser increases in strength. Is this what you're looking for?

If you want to increase strength, most experts recommend sets of 5 or less, with long rests between sets.
