chi kung : 18 Buddha Hands?

Has anyone learned the chi kung set " 18 buddha hands?"

What do you thinkof it? Is it a higher, advanced set? It was created by Boddiharma.

Is the 18 Buddha Hands the same as Qigong 18??? What does 18 Buddha Hands consist of????
