Seriously though,I think he was a movie star who was supposed to starr with Chevy Chase in a few movies but eventually Chase started losing in popularity and I guess he just lost it.

Your confusion stems from a misspelling. It's actually 'Brucely", an adverb which means in a fashion similar to the Boss of Rock and Roll.

ex: "He brucely dashed across the stage, strumming his telecaster and shaking the sweat from his forehead."
