yep yep, all the way to china for me. i've wanted to travel for ages and i've almost saved up enough money to go there. i just want to know if anyones heard about this place, good or bad?

it's nice, we also have here in Germany some schools, i red about the lineage and i think it's Futshan Wing Chun, i heard they only named it Weng Chun to differ it from the well known Yip Man Wing Chun.:cool:

the last name on the lineage chart which is mentioned on the schools site (the weng chun one) is Chan Yu Min. The instructor from the school learnt from Chan Kar Lim who learnt from Chan Yu Min. doesn't mean much to me, but it feels pretty cool to know

and before you go there, you'd better e-mail the guy, or contact him in some way, so that you'll know some details, and find out if he is willing to teach a foreigner (or "white devil", as they are also known over there..:D )

i've already emailed him. i got a very quick response too! he gave me info on the lodging, training, and food costs. he speaks english. and he even said what i could expect to learn for the period of time i want to go there (about 3 months). he also wanted to know a little bit about me and my martial arts background, which is cool, all the other places i've found have just basically said give us the money and you can train with us
