Any one have any good free wieght workout or tips on how to build mass I finaly hit 150 after being 140 for almost 2 years any help please

I found this a good place to start. If you're new to lifting, just adjust the workout accordingly.

Yes.

Gaining mass is probably 50% the right workout and 50% diet. You need a surplus of calories, which means you need to eat more than you burn.

Lift lots of heavy weight, go easy on the cardio.
