how does one post a pic of themselves on the forum posts?

i have a couple of groovey pics that i wouldlike to share of myself and i was wondering how you go about putting the pic on the forum posts?

First you need to upload them to a server, after that all you have to do is type:



in the middle of those commands goes the path of the picture.

The path of the picture have to include the http:// too.
