does anyone know anything about this place? the instructor is Sifu Tam Woon Biu, anyone heard of him?

im thinking of studying at this place for a little while. i've emailed him and got a quick response, im just looking for any other info i can get.

Chan Yiu-Min (Chan Wah-Shun's son, Yip Man's sihing). You will learn Chan Wah-Shun WCK and Chan family boxing (village Hung). There was a lot of interest in them, especially from the Pan Nam folks, a few years back.

Chan Yiu-Min used the Weng Chun (always spring) rather than Wing Chun (praise spring), does this hold any significance? why did he use the Weng Chun characters instead of Wing Chun?
