Many people have heard of the power of internal martial arts, few people have the oportunity to study with someone who can not only demonstrate that power, but will teach you clearly, openly and enthusiastically.

Luo De Xiu was a full contact fighting champion in Taiwan in the 1970's, and is recognised internationally as an exceptionally gifted teacher today. His knowledge combines no-nonsense fighting skills with a the deeper context of internal martial arts as a form of meditation and personal development.

Friday11th July 6.00pm to 10:00 pm , Bagua: Gilroy Hall, Cambridge House & Talbot, 131 Camberwell Road, London SE5 OHF, the entrance for the hall is off Addington Square SE5. Learn more advanced training methods principles of Gao style Ba Gua. For people with experience of the Gao style. Click here for the directions MAP

Sat 12th July 10am-5:30pm , Bagua: Kentish town, Circle walking and single palm change. Deepen your practice of Ba Gua with training to on the core physical and mental principles of the art. Solo practice and martial application. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.Click here for the directions MAP

Sat 13th 10am-5:30pm , Bagua: Kentish town, Gao style palm changes. Learn some of the pre-heaven changes of Gao style Ba Gua, with emphasis on correct body use and practical martial use. Open to people already practising the Gao style, and others keen to experience masterful application of the art.Click here for the directions MAP

Tuesday 15th 7-10:30pm , Xingyi: Kentish Town. Learn Strategies and applications from this direct and effective martial art. Luo De Xiu will cover the movement principles of the Xingyi and teach their use in drills and combinations.

Wednesday16th 7-10:30pm ,Tai Chi: St Micheals Church Hall, South Grove, London N6. Luo de Xiu will teach you the keys to developing hardness within softness and methods of training the application of postures common to most styles of Tai Chi. Open to people from all styles interested in using Tai Chi as a martial art.
