When SLT is done in normal speed (the speed it is supposed to be performed in), how long time should it take at a minimum?
It's because I was at a WC school recently, just to check out their training, and we did the SLT form (And I didn't know the form of course, but I was told just to follow the others.. very pedagogical  ), and the form just took 3-5 minutes!
and I just thought: that can't be right..?

at the beginning of our classes we usually do a quicker SLT (to relax and get in the mood *winkwink*) if we did a proper SLT we'd waste half the class time on it! if you can do it at home, theres no reason to waste class time when you could be training with other people.

anyways, a proper SLT for me is about 15-30 minutes, depending on my mood.

there is no correct time limit. there is only correct structure, relaxation, focus, path of movement.....

3-5 minutes practiced correctly is worth much more than 30 minutes of incorrect practice.

it wasn't a very good school, so I guess that's the reason
