For anyone in the Canada/Metro Detroit area there will be a show entitled, "Splendor of the East" on May 24th, 2003 at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, Michigan. The event is from 7:00pm -- 9:00pm and celebrates Asian Pacific American Hertiage Month. The Traditional Wing Chun Academy of Michigan and the Chen Tai Chi school of MI will perform the Lion dance and martial arts demonstrations. Tickets are $15 - $30.
