I am searching for students of Sifu Dea Bak Doh. He was also known simply as Sifu Dea.

He taught in San Francisco Chinatown in the Jew Liang Association on Grant Avenue/Pacific. His school was upstairs above the Ping Yuen restaurant (then).

I believe he taught until his death in 1982.

If anyone has an information on his students I would be most grateful.

He is my Sigung and I wish to locate my Kung Fu aunts and uncles .

I can also be e-mailed directly . Please check my profile for e-mail.

Thanks.

What was your Sifu's English First Name?

Actually Dea Bak Do was my Sigung. My direct Sifu was Sifu Ronald Louie (AKA Kong Fey Sifu).

His Sifu was Sifu Dea Bak Do. The first name was Bak Do. The "Bak" means "100", I am not sure what "Do" means. This name is Toisan dialect. In regular Cantonese it is "Tse Bak Joh". I dont know if he used an English first name. He was old, perhaps in the 60's and 70's when teaching my Sifu.

His Sifu was Ma Kin Fung.

Any help is appreciated in finding classmates of my Sifu. One name is Daryll who was an Albino Chinese who learned as a young teenager, another person is Lori Dea who also learned as a teenager.

Thanks
