Hey dudes, I'm getting good results with my abs, but I was wondering, I couldn't help but notice that some bodybuilders have this 'line' through the middle (a vertical line) of their abs.. a strong and well defined line, like .. a river ? going down, towards the navel.. Is there a way to practice the abs to define that line ? Right now I can see that with me too, but by far not well defined ...

Just wondering

Thanks again !

Genetics and hard work. If you have the genetics, keep working hard and it'll show more.

Ok, seriously this time, here are a few from Bulletproof Abs - http://www.t-mag.com/html/body_96ab.html

You might not look like the guy in the Hydroxcut ads, but they are some good exercises.

ok, so I'll keep doing cardio and exercises.

BTW, I seem to have a problem .. I do cardio now (I ride that bike machine before I have breakfast, for about 10 minutes, and do the same before I go to bed) to burn the little fat I think I have, to make my abs show more. And I do exercises for my upperbody every two/three days. Now it seems I lost a kilo ... aren't you supposed to gain weight ?

you're doing cardio. you're also probably not eating enough. So you're losing weight.

You can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Sorry.

Unless you are a noob or using drugs, I mean.

Ah ok, that explains it, I'm eating enough though, pretty sure about that.

Thanks for the help

Iron -

Don't you mean you can't lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? Because you can maintain weight while gaining muscle and losing fat, I think.
