Sam Seed's double

Anybody know who Sam Seed's double was in Drunken Master? When he starts doing his action, you see it's Sam Seed, but much thinner with a wig that doesn't fit.

Some have speculated that the double is actually Jackie Chan (you never see this double's face). Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I know that the double ISN'T Jackie Chan.

The double is about 5 inches shorter (at least), much lighter, and has a much more explosive physique than Chan does.

the drunken master doing the crazy footwork and flips, jumps, basically anytime sam starts moving really fast and doing crazy stuff, its woo-ping or one of his hundreds of brothers.:) :)
