Im looking for some books/videos that teach you the basics of some styles. The styles im looking for are the 5 animals or Snake/Serpent style.
Can anyone recommend some good book/videos that teach these, and where to buy them from?

Also im interested in learning how to use escrimas... so any advice on them too would be nice, thanks :)
