Hi, I want to start my training. Can anyone give me a good training schedule, some advices on food and training methods? My goal is to achieve much greater strength and speed and work on some techniques. The time available for training is 1-3 hours per day. I am 16 years old, I am about 1.75-1.80 meters tall and I weigh 65 kg.
