Wrist rollers, squeez a tennis ball, work a pen between your fingers... It's just a gadget that mimics things we all ready do and enables them to make money off your need for STUFF.

i've made a wrist roller and i do wrist curls and pull ups off a towel. i want something other than this and isometric exercises for grip. at the mo im asking around to find someone that's good at welding, it's a simple enough thing to make so it shouldn't cost too much....hopefully.

Would this kind of contraption have any benefit over a COC gripper?

What's a COC gripper?

stand for captains of crush.

the main benefit is i get to change the resistance progressively. the COC grippers seem to be more of a test of your grip strength rather than a training aid.

it would also be more stable if i want to train the fingers individually. if i try that with any hand gripper they usually pop out of of my hand.
