Is there a quick way to see how much fat you have in some areas of your body ? Without any specific equipment ? I'm trying to see if I still have fat to burn at my gut and back area, but I'm wondering if all I'm holding between my hands is skin instead of fat ?

I'm 1m79 @ 66 Kg @ 19 Yrs old

You can test your body comp a number of ways. The easiest and most accurate to do on your own is skin fold testing. You'll need a set of calipers to do the trick. If you have Microsoft Excel, I can post a spreadsheet for you that will take your measurements and weight and calculate your BF%. You'll have to do some searching for an online resource to find out exactly where you are supposed to measure.
