ummm... horizontal 360 spin(although some good peeps can do more then a 360). more for looks and fun then fighting. be careful if you try, easy to break stuff if not done right :)

The application, not really there from what I understand. The only way I've seen it used was in a video game where they used it to trap the head in between the feet and flip the person sideways....:rolleyes:
