I think that CLF doesn't have eagle claw techniques.

Sounds like "chop suey" to me. Never have I ever heard of any correlation between the two arts.

Peace.

Is Lok Kiu considered to be an Eagle technique?

There are no eagle techniques in choy lay fut. the animals represented in clf are: dragon, tiger, panther, snake, crane, lion, elephant, monkey, horse and deer.

Maybe this guy learned both systems and is tring to incorperate the two into one system. Sounds "chop suey" too me to.

I think the finger jab is called a lok kiu and is associated with the snake. maybe your thinking of the chum kiu which is associated with the crane.
