Jow Ga Stylists

Just wondering how many students are on here. I'm new to Jow Ga, actually only had a couple of lessons, but can't wait to fully get into the art!! :D

I know there are a couple on the forums, but just wondering how many? Who your Sifu is? Where you are located? How long you have trained? You know, just curious questions!!

I study with Sifu Mustafa Gatdula out of Sacramento.

Training is slow right now!! Been so busy I haven't been to class in a MONTH!! :eek: :eek::mad: :(

But fortunately no we aren't affected, we are in Northern California and all the fires are down south, about 300 miles south of us!! Terrible thing going on down there right now!!

Hows it going? Who do you train with in Germany. I hear y'all are good over there. I was really disapointed last summer when the tournament got cancelled, i guess it is on for this summer then?

nice to meet you too. We have 3 Jo Ga/Zhou Jia Schools in Germany.

One School is from Sifu Frank Greinacher

All Schools have line of Jow Ga / Zhou Jia from Singapore. The Familytree is very interesting. Because the line from Singapore
have Wong Fei Hung in the Line.
The next Zhou Jia Championships is from 17. - 22.06.2004
in Gevelsberg/Germany! I am from the Chow Gia School!

Hi Tiger, Thanks for the links. i hadnt seen your schools website before.

I notice there is a pic of Master Zhou jin bo, but it refers to him as deceased. do you know when he passed on?

I look fwd to the german tournament again this year. hopefully no wierd diseases pop-up this summer to delay it any further.

If you search on this forum there is a thread or two about jow biu and wong fei-hong.

sorry for lately answer! I was in holidays for short time.
Master Zhou Jin Bo died in 2000. He was last time in Germany
1998. Very great master! I am very sad about his dead!

Thank you for the information. I was not aware he passed on. 2000 was just when i was starting training, so i did not know much about jow ga at the time.
