In about a week, I'm going for a two week vacation in the UK.

I'm still recovering from having broken my foot a few months ago. I have some pain, but I've healed up enough that I can do pretty much all normal exercises. I'm trying to get back in shape after two months of doing nothing but drinking heavily and watching the Muppet Show.

I've already mapped out a program for myself when I get back, but can someone suggest an exercise program I can do in hotel rooms while on vacation? I'm going to feel very lax if I go the whole time without exercising at all.

Whenever I'm travelling I always do about half an hour of yoga mornings, plus just stuff like press ups, sit ups, other stretches. Even in a small room it has enough space for that! Just easy stuff to not hurt your foot, if it was ok to do jumping or run on the spot do that too.
