Okay, kinda late, so don't expect too much sense from this.

More and more I find myself drawn to the Chinese roots of karate, particularly the healing/medicinal aspects of such. If there is anyone who has a particular specialty in Monk Fist boxing and/or Chinese herbalogy, could you offer me a direction on source material for these? I'm interested in pretty much anything; books, web sites, et al.

Any help would be appreciated.
