been hurting for couple of weeks. and of course, being the overtrainer taht i am, i keep working out.... havent worked out in5 days though, but still hurts when used. if i bend my arm at 90 degrees, the part that hurts is right above the elbow joint, like at the bottom of the tricep muscle.... any suggestions?
i'm thinking i just wont do any upper body exercises for like 10 days and just concentrate on legs. my upper body probably needs a break anyway. although i'll do some knife throwing yahoo!
