Kriya Yoga

Hey, what do the yoga (spiritual practice) people here think of Paramahansa Yogananda's Kriya Yoga? Has anyone here ever practiced it? What's the 411, as they say (not the history of it, but what do you think of it, is it "real", etc.)? Thanks a lot.

Yeah, it's real, but ytou have to go through a long proccess to get the nitty gritty of it. It seemed to me that Kriya was just bits and pieces of what is already in Qigong.
