hey guys, I asked this before, but I need more help. So if you want to walk 'straight', you act as if you're being pulled straight by a cord on top of your head, ok, that feels ok for me. Then I wonder, do I have to press my shoulders a little back ? Or push them a little down ? When I look in the mirror, my back is definatelly not straight, that's normal I know. But I don't know if it's 100% correct posture. Does anyone have some pictures of what it should look like, and what not ? This would mean a lot to me.

Thanks

Head up, sholders back and a bit down, stomach in and pick up your feet and knees. Don't let your feet drag on the ground when you move them.

Find Yang Cheng Fu's 10 golden Taiji principles and practice them, then you'll definitely have a straight back.
