I know Arthur and Harlan Lee, as well as our Ad man Andy Ching form that school, so it would be hard for me to give an unbiased opinion. Fut Ga (or Buddha Clan) is a traditional southern Shaolin school.

The 2nd video teaches basics and some self-defense techniques. I like it. It is similar to what I have learned in Kenpo Kartate (well, some of the moves anyway). The video I have is done in a professional manner although the older Lee talks from the side of his mouth and really isn't a good public speaker, the moves (his moves) speak for themselves. I'm not saying he is a bad person, can't speak (you can understand him fine), or is hard to understand...he just talks out of the side of his mouth (there may be a reason for that, however).
