shaolin temple magazine

I am looking for the 2000 special editioin kung fu/ qigong magazine entitled (Shaolin Temple). It seems to be out of print. If there is someone out there that has an extra copy they want to sell or would be willing copy the article inside (Shaolin San Da - Combat Kung Fu) i would really appreciate it.
