I heard it is a traditional fighting set... It is a form that expresses the way we fight, has some takedowns, strikes, blocks...youve done it. I beleive that every Sifu's version will be different free sparring sets tend to be.

The form is AWESOME, I cant stop thinking about it, it's actually screwing up my work (not like I really work here anyway's, pay me to surf), I'm still working on that fall...
