The Taiji stuff is incomplete and wooly in places. The qigong is mostly borrowed and in some places poorly translated and poorly described.

The site suggests to me that the person doesn't have a seasoned grasp of TCM, Taiji or Qigong even though a lot of what the stuff that it alludes to is good but can be gleened from better sources.

I see that this site has a "correspondence course" for Qigong.

Isn't that risky?...I mean, can't you really screw yourself up trying to do certain things without proper supervision?
