Cow Parsnip?/Comfrey alternative?

Hi i was just wondering if any of you guys know of an alternative name or even substitute for "Cow Parsnip"? Also does anyone have an alternative herb for Comfrey? I can't seem to obtain this herb anywhere.

Thanks, yeah i probably wont add the Cow Parnip to the iron palm jow now, it doesnt seem to be any useful for it.
