What do you think of this guy?

Happened across this clip earlier today. I thought it was refreshing to see a big guy like that jumping around and generally going nuts like all the guys that are ten years younger than him. Especially as I keep hearing people say that being bulky slows you down.

Actually, if you check that page he's got a fairly long list of MAs he's trained in. Not that any of it comes across in the clips.
