Ok guys, what does This one do. All I can tell you is it's not taken internally. This is out of a series of notes I have on Kung Fu, and not a Chung Moo Quan one. Any guesses as to what it's for?

5. Gu Sui Bu

BINGO!!!!

Here's the kicker, I made that one up myself. I used each herb at equal parts. It's soaking in Vodka now, I'll tell you guys how it is in 6 months.

The Vodka releses the chemical agents in the herbs. One that is done, you soak your hands in it prior to Iron Palm practice. I don't know about the toxicity of the Pseudo Ginseng, I was told you can't ingest that, but if you took it out, everything else is edible, and has bone building, muscle building and tendon, connective tissue building properties. They are often used both internally, and externally for sprains, pulled, torn or bruised muscles or broken bones.

Sounds great. Let us know how it cooks up. As far as I know the pseudo ginseng is safe internally in doses up to 3 grams three times a day.

I'll have to check my Materia Medica on that one. It would be nice to have Jow that works both from the inside, and outside with the exact same formula. Less work on my part that way.
